WHO AM I A person who has been overweight for his whole life for me it was just find a way or find an excuse having six packs was just an impossible dream to me because i'm a person who gain fat by just looking at food. Have been working out for more than 10 years the only goal was losing fat Have followed every diet possible and found what works and what doesn't. After struggling with weight gain my whole life i finally succeeded and understood the right way to loose fat There were so many misunderstandings when it comes to losing fat starting from eating less, restricting to salads and above all carb is the enemy etc. Diet should be a comfortable and a balanced lifestyle. You dont need to be 100% stric to loose fat but you need at least 80% of discipline to be successful. Nothing will changes unless you do.
