We began by offering art services, including 2D, 3D, UI/UX design, and animation, covering the entire process from concept to production art. Driven by the growing demands of our clients, we continuously expanded our expertise to deliver complete end-to-end game development, encompassing programming and all aspects of dynamic game creation. Our team comprises 30 individuals, a remarkable growth from just 2 specialists within less than a two year without investment, only with bootstrapping. Our primary revenue stream derives from offering outsourcing services to various gaming companies. In 2025, we begin developing our own studio games and aim to enter the hybrid-casual market. We focus on building strong systems rather than chasing the next hit — success will come naturally. Our approach emphasizes mastering workflows and core company skills, including- Rapid prototyping (with a focus on gameplay)- Data-driven decision making (embracing fast failure)- UA testing and production
