Pinnacle is the first conference dedicated to addressing specific challenges faced by female physicians in medicine. In an era of continued gender pay disparity and work-place discrimination, the task of negotiating as a woman in the medical sphere can be daunting. This lack of education in business and management is a primary barrier for many women considering medical practice options and Pinnacle is working to change that.
