SWITCH is an EdTech platform created to bridge society's educational and employment gaps. We provide prospective high school talent with in-demand job skills and connect them to employers seeking to diversify their staff. Utilizing a gamified curriculum, our students learn soft and social skills needed to be successful in professional settings. We focus on the skills that employers actually value such as literacy, communication, adaptability, problem-solving, leadership, and professional etiquette.
