I mainly support business in these areas: ADVISOR When your business needs advice for a short or long period of time. Example: you have ambitions to grow your business and need support to plan for success, prevent pitfalls etc. CONSULTANT When your business needs a specific task completed. Examples: you need to develop and introduce better on-boarding of new employess, you need to open a new business unit, you need to document business processes / write SOP’s etc. INTERIM MANAGER If your business has a foreseen or urgent need of filling in a leadership position, while you recruit the permanent replacement. Example: a leader within your organization has been laid off, long-term ill or left the company by own means. The position is critical, and your business is vulnerable, if a replacement is not found immediately. Or, all is good, but your business has an upcoming special task, that needs additional leadership capabilities for a period of time. You are welcome to contact me anytime. It costs nothing to ask.
