I am an operations person by heart and art, with a commercial and creative mindset, who works tirelessly to sharpen the organization, in order to enhance customer experience and beat yesterday’s performance. Throughout my career I have run operations and development in different branches of the food service industry, always growing the topline, optimizing the bottom line and maturing the concept. For twentyfive years, I have led teams on both operational, tactical and strategic level. I have a deep understanding of a company's combined activities, knowing that success is only achieved by joint effort. I believe that 1 year of practice and 19 years of repetition doesn't add up to 20 years of experience, why I continuously renew myself and never settle with status quo. I have held P&L responsibility for more than 200 million DKK, with 4 million guest counts and a thousand employees.
