Life Wireless is supported by the federal Lifeline program, which was created in 1985 to ensure that all Americans have access to quality telephone service. Life Wireless currently operates in over 30 states/territories including: Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virgin Islands, Washington, Wisconsin, and West Virginia.
