Alfonso™ is our proprietary “particle-based” computer simulation technology used by R&D teams at seven of the top 10 implant manufacturers by global revenue and many of the hottest startups in the industry. Founded by MIT engineers, orthopaedic surgeons, and industry executives, Lifespans is a spin off from Asia’s #1 centre for orthopaedic surgery: Queen Mary Hospital at the University of Hong Kong. Our mission is to create innovative bone implant technology solutions, especially those that improve the quality of life of elderly patients with osteoporosis.
