Light Up Your Worth Mission Statement My work creates a non-judgmental space for high-achieving midlife women who’ve spent decades doing everything “right”, only to find themselves feeling disconnected, burned out, and still questioning if they’re enough. I take a strong stand against the hustle culture that wears burnout like a badge of honor. I know how that story goes.I lived it for over 50 years, putting everyone else’s needs before my own, ignoring the quiet tears, the sleepless nights, and the inner voice that said something isn’t right. My mission is to walk alongside women as they stop pretending everything’s fine and start honoring what they really need. I help them peel back the beliefs that have kept them pushing, proving, and people-pleasing, so they can reconnect with their inner calm, rebuild self-trust, and choose themselves - maybe for the first time ever. And because this work isn’t just for those who can afford it, I’m building a scholarship program that brings this healing to women in underserved communities too.because every woman deserves to know her worth.
