The Lightning is centered around personal, athletic, and business development across a number of niches. We train individuals and organizations to better understand themselves at a deep level. Motivations, drives, and passions are explored to get the core of what they came here to do. From there we teach and guide them to channel those motivations toward a meaningful vision. We then develop them to the point where they can take their vision to the world and execute it. Our mission is to teach, guide and support those committed to making an impact.
