How We Started Lilo Life was founded by Stacey Mae Smith, a strategic operator with 15+ years of experience building ventures, coaching founders, and designing creative systems that scale. Her work spans launching Utica’s first co-working space, directing MVCC’s thINCubator, restoring historic properties, building ethical brands, and consulting organizations. From an early age, Stacey has continually gamified personal growth, like committing to take the front seat, speaking up with intention, and building relationships that move ideas into reality.
