Limbdi Corner

Limbdi Corner,(more popularly known as LC), attempts to provide amazing quality north Indian snacks for people in Bangalore, and making them feel at home. We aim to provide our customers that feeling of belonging which they had in their colleges. Our inspiration to work on this idea originated from IIT-BHU Varanasi. There is a place named “Limbdi Corner” (LC), located inside IIT-BHU campus, which was the favorite hangout place for the entire college. They serve amazing snacks, have a great culture, and it is one of the most remembered places after people graduate from IIT-BHU. Our start-up was named “Limbdi Corner” as a remembrance of the wonderful times we spent there. For maintaining the same product quality, we have hired one of the previous experienced cooks from ‘actual LC’, and have been following similar recipe, so that we can offer the original taste of Varanasi. The eatery aims to establish a community of food lovers with a culture of liveliness and fun around it. The feeling of connecting with the people, and connecting them together is the purpose of the restaurant. As a startup, LC is experimenting with many business models. It currently envisions to be a chain of fast food restaurants catering signature north Indian snacks primarily for breakfast. It aims to solve the problem of providing healthy and tasty breakfast for resident north Indian professionals who need a good first meal to kickstart their day. We hope to develop a model that caters to all the needs of the North Indian community in the area.
