Linchpin Consultants collaborates with businesses to develop organizational structure through incremental process and procedures and developing a dynamic culture through creation of linchpins and accountability. Communication Driver – Drove and encouraged communication through meetings, consistency, action plans, and clear written procedures Accountability Developer - Creation of tools to empower employees to be accountable to their team and themselves. Tools include written job descriptions, new and current team member training program, organizational chart, and companywide employee review system. Linchpin Creator – Identify and develop key team members through coaching of operational projects, culture, representation of mission and vision, and one on one linchpin coaching. HR program – Conducting interviews, recruitment, maintaining compliancy of rules and regulations of employees at the state and federal level. Financial Consultant – Creation of reoccurring reports that track growth, challenges, and improvement, projection of yearly budget, complete assessment of purchasing practices and develop written procedures for purchasing, make recommendations to contribute long term savings to the bottom line.
