We are Maxwell Myers and Gerdin Ventura Croussett, University of Maryland alumni with degrees in Computer Science. As co-founders, we are dedicated to empowering aspiring tech professionals through effective technical interview preparation. Myers, currently a Software Engineer at Microsoft, and Croussett, an iOS Engineer at Robinhood, we bring together a wealth of experience from the tech industry. Our career journeys have led us to receive offers from leading companies like Microsoft, Robinhood, Meta, Salesforce, Netflix, LinkedIn, Amazon, JPMorgan, and Twitter. As an African American and Dominican-American, we are passionate about promoting diversity and inclusivity in the tech world. We aim to provide underrepresented communities with the tools and confidence necessary to navigate the challenging landscape of technical interviews and succeed in securing coveted roles in tech.
