HISTORY: LinkZZapp was incorporated in December 2016 and we were awarded MSC status in 2017. We were driven by our eagerness in providing solutions that simplifies conventional time-consuming work processes for both Property Developers and Building Management. Standing by our tagline, “The 360° e-Property Platform Solution”, LinkZZapp aims to help organize and simplify complicated conventional manual processes that are sometimes unnecessary. We focused on product development for most of the early phase and launched our first Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in March 2018 and subsequently received our first purchase order in 2Q2018. LinkZZapp features was built based on 3 main fundamental pillars which are Security, Community and Lifestyle. Our solution targets typical pain points prevalent in the current property infrastructure. Our comprehensive modules play a pertinent part in the entire value chain of how Property Developers sells, communicate, manage, track and operates their complicated processes ranging from Property Purchasing, Construction Progress, Vacant Possession Management, Defect Management, Occupancy, Property Management and more. By focusing on these phases, LinkZZapp created a comprehensive platform; a secured, simplified and most importantly cost-effective solution for our users.
