LICHENS ARE WIDELY USED AS ENVIRONMENTAL INDICATORS OR BIO-INDICATORS BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT LIVE IN POLLUTED AREAS<<OUR BRAND IS A BIO-INDICATOR FOR DIGITAL ECOSYSTEMS<< Liquen was born in 2014 as an individual project aiming to design a woman and girl-centred cognitive tool for collaborative learning, able to fit the needs of intersectional feminist knowledge communities. As a data lab, it re-creates a new environment for research, consultancy services and community building where we aim to bring innovative solutions to toxicity problems in digital ecosystems.<<We aim to occupy the academic environment with feminist politics and to bring awareness of structural inequality issues by means of informed storytelling, design thinking, and research.<<We aim to deliver new insights on behavioural patterns in digital, urban and biological systems and bring awareness and solutions through innovative knowledge communities.<<We believe in using mutualistic relationships among organizations, institutions, NGO’s, companies and communities to prevent gendered, colonial and speciesist toxic dynamics.
