It’s time to stop passed over for promotions, opportunities, plum assignments, and job offers. ⏰ Let’s get your career unstuck and going in the right direction. I help mid-career professional and executive women transform their careers so that they are inspired and motivated again. 🤷🤔Maybe you don’t even know what you want to do next. It’s unclear. I understand. Early in our professional lives “next steps” can be obvious.🤔 Later, decisions are more. And you don’t want to make the “wrong” decision, am I right? 🤷 You evolve over time. Your interests and priorities change. So, your career needs to evolve too. What if you could follow a simple step-by-step process to gain clarity on what to do next? Are you ready for a promotion or a new job? Would you like to move into a completely different career or an active retirement? Then it’s time for you to get clear on your next steps. That’s where I can help. I share career-development advice, tools, tips, and guidance on this page. When I find something that works for my clients in my 1:1 coaching programs, I share it here.
