My mission is to provide strengths-based coaching to individuals, teams, and managers focusing on helping my clients maximize their potential and drive results. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, I offer individualized coaching for clients in transition seeking guidance to achieve their immediate goals. Transitional periods may include, but are not limited to job search, career changes, the college application process, first time managers, and newly engaged couples. I have over 10 years of experience in strengths based coaching, career and academic advising, resume writing, and staff training and development. My Top 5 CliftonStrengths are Strategic, Achiever, Individualization, Relator and Discipline. As your Coach, I will use my Top 5 to strategically help you create an individualized plan of action towards your goals.
