We tailor each of our programmes to your aims. Generally, they span five levels: 1. INSPIRE (1 hour) A taster session giving your people at least one mindfulness tool to stop, breathe, restart — and choose to respond skilfully. INTRODUCE (2.5 hours-1 day) A workshop that walks your team through mindfulness techniques to engage fully and sustainably in the always-on corporate world. IMMERSE (6 weeks) Improve effectiveness, resilience and relationships through the Mindful Advantage programme for teams and individuals. INFLUENCERS (6 weeks for leaders) A programme for new managers or established leaders grappling with constant change in a complex environment. It equips them to see the full picture yet focus on what matters, collaborate with empathy and recharge during busy days. INTEGRATE (course + coaching; 3-6 months) We combine group courses with individual coaching sessions for each leader or team member, building mindfulness into your organisation for lasting cultural change.
