About Susan Peacock

As the founder and director of LiveWorkWell, I help leaders and teams navigate change in work and life through resilience and wellbeing programmes. With 10+ years of experience in this field, I have partnered with visionary companies like Publicis, McKinsey, News UK, and Simply Business, delivering science-based tools to enhance their resilience, effectiveness, and relationships. I have also trained leaders and teams at Redbull, Jaguar Landrover, Formula One, HSBC, and Unilever through the global leadership consultancy Awaris, where I am an associate. My passion is to support individuals and teams to operate at their best by coaching them to build highly effective, innovative teams. I am a Chartered Psychologist with 20+ years of experience, a coach, and an organisational change consultant. I also co-teach an advanced course for trainers adapting mindfulness for the workplace at the University of Oxford’s Mindfulness Foundation, where I am an associate. Having spent the first 10 years of my career at international advertising agencies, I understand the challenges and opportunities of fast-paced environments and how to maintain balance in work and life.
