Love & Help Heal

Love & Help Heal is a Toronto-based youth-led nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young people through creative, community, and educational initiatives. We exist to support young people navigating social impact, advocacy, and leadership work while centering wellness, healing, and sustainability. Our work creates space for young people to connect, reflect, build skills, and share stories in ways that are grounded, human, and youth-led. Our approach is rooted in three pillars: Creative: We produce documentaries, media projects, and youth-led storytelling initiatives that amplify lived experiences and spark dialogue. Community: We design gatherings, retreats, and shared experiences that enhance connection, belonging, and healing-centered engagement. Educational: We deliver workshops and learning opportunities focused on skill-building, leadership development, employment, advocacy tools, and capacity-building for life, work, and impact. At Love & Help Heal, we believe meaningful change happens when young people are supported to lead, heal, collaborate, and grow together.
