LucidLife services include leadership coaching, speaking engagements, and retreats. If you are interested in coaching, here's what we do on the first complimentary call: 1. Create a crystal clear vision of what type of leader you want to be and the balance you’re after. Uncover hidden challenges that could be sabotaging your success in managing your emotions (this is often what creates burnout). Start creating emotional resilience and renewed purpose in your work and life so that you leave the session renewed, re-energized, and inspired. We also lead free meditation groups every Friday at 12pm EST. This is geared towards beginners. It is specifically at this time of the week to help unwind from your week and prioritize renewing, recharging and enjoying your weekend. We also currently work with companies for speaking engagements. Topics include building character, values and principals & clarifying purpose, changing behavior and accomplishing goals.
