Lumos Transforms supports individuals, organizations, and communities in healing from trauma and building toward liberation. We work with embodied practice and relational care to address harm at multiple levels—from personal nervous system regulation to the repatterning of oppressive systems. Lumos' signature approach is The Resilience Toolkit— a somatic framework for first-stage trauma healing and real-time stress navigation. The Resilience Toolkit helps people and communities stabilize, reconnect, and grow their capacity for healing and transformation. It is a practical framework for working with the nervous system and the whole bodymind in real time.
