Working for HSBC Bank provided the invaluable foundations on handling a variety of HR issues ranging from complex employee relation challenges (disciplinary and grievance matters, poor performance and sickness absence) to restructures and reorganisations. Working for a global company not only required her to stay on top of changes in employment legislation but also provide exceptional customer service to the stakeholders, i.e. Directors to Line Managers. The exceptional training, vast experience and best practice Pardip gained in this corporate environment is what her clients benefit from. During her career in banking, Pardip quickly progressed up the career ladder enjoying a successful time with the Bank until she decided to focus on working as a freelance HR Consultant, helping businesses through the minefield that can come with employing staff.
