The amateur sports association Lyricdancestudio is the space created by Alberto Canestro to give residence to his dance company (Lyricdancecompany). In addition to the academic classical dance training for children from 4 years of age, the center offers a wide range of activities aimed at all those who seek psycho-physical well-being through the fluidity of movement and breathing. Pilates, gyrokinesis, feldenkreis, prana flow yoga, dance for adults are just some of the courses that the center offers. A place to take care of your physical and mental well-being. Children, adults and the elderly, beginners as well as experts, those who want to solve a specific problem and those who want to undertake a research path are welcome.
