We believe, in order to better care for our beloved world, we must focus on the environmental impact as it pertains to the beverage industry – from water usage in the winery to reduction of waste in the restaurant, every action we take matters. To go a step further, we purchase carbon offsets to reduce the carbon footprint of video streaming to better ensure our courses are even more sustainable.
