Madain Al-Asr

We started our first steps in Mada'in Al-Asr Company Several years ago to understand the market need in Jazan, especially in the field of contracting and real estate, because this field is witnessing a great development today to achieve the vision of the Kingdom 2030, so we took it upon ourselves in Mada’in Al-Asr Company to provide the best service and the highest levels of quality to be our city through our successful projects in the foreground. And that every new day we draw a distinctive plate through our contracting team in everything related to building and construction projects for buildings, after-construction service and turnkey, including the possibility of selling, leasing or buying. We also dream of expanding in the future all over the Kingdom. The building and construction projects that we are undertaking include all fields, whether they are residential, industrial, bridges, tunnels. The methods of work in constructive trust are divided into operating for others, where we implement the project at the request of our clients, and real estate investment, implementing projects for our own account, and we are the owners of the project and responsible for its implementation. One of the reasons for the success of Mada’in Al-Asr Company is the commitment to delivery dates, provision of emergency capital after studying the project completely, and the provision of specialized and qualified teams.
