Maestro Management uses the symphony orchestra as a metaphor in order to elucidate the structures of your organisation. We draw our experiences from many years of working in classical music, where the leadership, structures and employeeship are a phenomenal source of inspiration to managers and leaders of any field. Our company has conducted educational activities on leadership, employeeship and good communication since 2007. We are still fascinated by the complexity and powers of larger as well as smaller changes in ways of communication and leadership.
