Services include: • IWE welding consultation, including approval of welding procedures and welder qualification certificates as required by companies such as Eskom and some petrochemical companies. • Welding procedure and welder qualifications to ASME, ISO and AWS D1.1 • Review and maintenance of all welding related documentation • QA/QC • NDT Level 3 services, including- In-house magnetic particle testing and dye penetrant testing training and certification to ASNT level 1 and 2- Assisting with the in-house establishment of a NDT facility - NDT Level 3 services for UT, RT, PT and MT • Magnetic particle and dye penetrant testing • Auditing • ISO 3834 implementation
