Our services include professional development training and consulting on recruiting, compensation, organizational development, and employee relations. The goal of Make the Change, LLC is to foster a diverse, productive, and globally marketable workforce using effective human resources strategies and best practices focused on an employee experience that is meaningful, fulfilling and rewarding for all stakeholders. Launched in 2020, just before the Covid-19 pandemic, Make the Change offers virtual and on-site training and HR support to federal contractors, the government, and private sector entities.
