We provide Business Advisory, Contract Executive and Governance services and to assist Owners and Leaders of medium sized businesses of 10+ staff and Not for Profit organisations to improve performance and build value. We do this by working alongside our clients and their key team members to clarify priorities, challenges, and opportunities. We then guide, support, and challenge them to work on the priorities and develop the tools, processes, and practices that will result in improving the resiliency, performance, value, and sustainability of the business or assist them to navigate through a successful succession, transition, or exit. Business Advisory services assist our clients address a challenge or opportunity, establish an effective planning and execution process, create the time and space to work on growing the value of their business, or navigate through a succession, transition, or exit. We can also participate as a member on their Advisory Board or Board of Directors. Our Contract Executive service provides Senior Finance & Executive Leadership resource to cover key gaps for a fixed period or provide the skills and experience needed in the business on an ongoing, part time basis. We also undertake financial health improvement projects such as Financial Planning and Reporting, Risk Assessment, Working Capital Management, and Due Diligence. The broad and deep experience base of our Directors and Associates, with significant time spent working “in” and “on” SME and NFP businesses in NZ across multiple industries in both good and difficult business cycles, equips us to confidently advise and support our clients to navigate their challenges and opportunities successfully. We have a long standing track record of delivering excellent results for our clients, are highly focused on delivering value and have a strong bias toward action and “keeping it simple”. While taking a structured approach we also strive to remain flexible and pragmatic.
