The name “Manu” is inspired by an ancient story about a man, named Manu, who saved a fish during fishing by a river. A few years later the same fish saved Manu by warns him about an upcoming flood. The food menu, a dynamic narrative of the sea's and land’s bounty, changes with the tides, ensuring that every dish reflects the essence of the current season. The kitchen staff are well-versed in the origin of each ingredient who treat to them with respect and imagination.
