Founded in 2013 with 110 employees, 72 CNC machines and 5 investment casting production lines, ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, OHSAS18001:2007 and TS16949 Certified, Max prototype offer one-stop manufacturing services for low volume production metal and plastic parts, by using CNC machining, investment casting and rapid injection moulding processes together with wide range of surface treatment process for global inquiries. Key Areas of Manufacturing Services: 1. CNC machining and machined parts including CNC milling, turning, EDM sparking, wire cutting and cylindrical grinding, prototype and low volume production (1 to parts). Rapid injection moulding with injection moulded plastic parts (100 to parts). Lost wax casting with precision cast titanium alloy products and stainless steel parts (500+ parts). Surface finishing including polishing, PVD, anodising and plating processes (1 to parts). Material covered ABS, PP, Nylon, POM, PC, Stainless Steel, Cooper, Brass, Carbon Steel, Tool Steel, Titanium Alloy Ti6al4v (TC4 or Grade 5), Aluminium 6061,6063 and 7075 and others as requested.
