The Myron’s Group operates the food and beverage department of Ascott Makati. Ramon and Monica Eugenio opened Myron’s in Rockwell in 2006, and in Greenbelt in 2008, and later transferred to Ascott Makati in 2017. Their culinary education in San Francisco and New York, fortified with hotel and restaurant experience in Hilton Nagoya, Shangri-la Makati and Mandarin Oriental Manila, and several other restaurants in between, offer you food and beverage that is well curated.
