Our expertise covers a variety of mediation processes including family law, and commercial as well as Labour issues. Within family law our primary concern is with the developing of parent plans and contact schedules. In cases of maintenance we have specialists who co-mediate with us Within the area of commercial and labour issues we can either conduct the mediation itself, or assist in the planning and support of the mediation process. Martin is an internationally accredited mediator with the ADRg in London as well as being a panelist with Equillore and the African Centre for Dispute Settlement. He is also an accredited member of FAMAC. Within the field of negotiation, skilled negotiators plan negotiation strategies and assist businesses with the implementation of the strategies, either directly or in a supportive role. In addition, we run courses training appointed individuals in the art of negotiation. Negotiation practice involves not only what happens at the negotiating table and planning to negotiate at the table but also looking at the broader context and designing the lobbying and structuring the sequencing of negotiations in order to find the best creative solution for both parties with the aim of maintaining relationships between negotiating parties well into the future
