Melde supports organisations with the planning, measurement and reporting of their impact. While Social Impact Measurement to date has been bespoke, onerous, and expensive. Melde works with the Huber Social Wellbeing framework, which has overcome these limitations through the development of a universally applicable framework that measures not only overall impact, but also driving factors to maximise it. The framework achieves this by identifying that the overall goal of all social impact is to put people in the best position to fulfil their potential and achieve Wellbeing. Therefore, to measure the effectiveness of programmes, Huber Social measures shifts in Wellbeing (Impact), as well as shifts in the capability and opportunity needs of people (Outcomes), to be able to prove the impact of programmes as well as inform how delivery may be improved.
