Deeply rooted in the heart of Mimi Grace is the importance of eating real foods for our health. The inspiration for our menu is largely influenced by our personal health journeys and our appreciation for good food + creativity. While defining our vision, we briefly entertained the thought of having a raw, vegan, or paleo menu; but ultimately chose to reflect what we enjoy at our table daily; organic whole foods. We have found that local, seasonal foods have the most flavor and nutrients, and make the simplest dishes a reason to celebrate. It is our desire to cultivate an experience that showcases these simple ingredients that benefit your health. To see our city thrive is in our hearts at Mimi Grace. We want to encourage businesses, city organizations, and non profits in our city. Cultivating hope for local economy, diverse business ventures, and a healthy environment for people in our city to grow. As we thought of how to practically encourage & serve our community, we formed our Pay It Forward program. Through this program, customers will have the opportunity to donate $1 and write a personalized note on a coffee cup. Mimi Grace will match each $1 donated and choose a local organization (such as our fire department, police station, non profits, and businesses who are positively impacting our city) to deliver the donated coffees to their office. We are finding that the soul of every person and business thrives on creative expression. Creativity is not just limited to the arts, but also in every area of life where we think outside the realm of what already exists to create something new.
