Our purpose is to raise the awareness of mental health issues amongst young people and to support young people to maintain their mental health and overall well-being. As we are just starting, we are aiming to provide safe-online resources for young people with any kind of distress and difficulties, which have an impact on their mental health and overall well-being. We look at the individual as a whole while understanding the importance of the connection between the mind, brain and body. We believe in the power of arts, music and sports in positive well-being.
