Throughout her career journey Landra has been fortunate to work for innovative companies known for exceptional products and services, while providing world class people development. Leading companies like Target Stores, lululemon athletica, and One Medical. She blends 20+ years of HR/ people development & leadership experience with 15+ years of direct experience with embodiment practices like yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and somatic experiencing. Landra is an internationally certified mindfulness facilitator who received her training from UCLA's Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. In addition, she is the author of The Work Wellness Deck published by the world renowned Chronicle Books. Mindful HR is a people driven leadership consulting company that partners with individual clients and emerging organizations to provide leadership coaching, people development, mindfulness programs and HR mentorship.
