Mir Enterprises designs and manufactures cutting-edge sensors and transducers in the areas of MEMS and Micro Device Technologies. We offer small to mid volume fabrication on 8inch wafer platform, with capability on 6inch for some processes. We have two decades of experience in fabricating MEMS inertial sensors, including accelerometers and gyroscopes, with performance amongst the best in class. Our proprietary wafer-level-packaged (WLP) technology allows for a cost-effective, high-yield and small-footprint fabrication. We utilize Xiver and Zepler’s state-of-the-art cleanrooms to develop and manufacture these devices. Combined, these facilities provide over of cleanroom floor and tools.
