Moffitt Consulting

Founded in 1991, Moffitt is widely recognized as the industry leader in lean consulting, implementation, and training. Moffitt’s advisors have led successful lean transformations at over 100 companies ranging in size, type, and end-market. Basin Holdings (“Basin”) and Moffitt partnered in 2018 to develop the Basin Business System, a lean system modeled on those made famous by Toyota, Danaher, GE, and Wiremold. Over the next two years, Moffitt’s advisors led lean transformations across all of Basin’s operating companies. After witnessing the results firsthand, Basin acquired Moffitt Associates in 2020. Moffitt’s work is far from complete at Basin, but the Moffitt playbook is aimed at building a self-sustaining culture of continuous improvement.
