MorphCostumes was founded in 2009 in Edinburgh, Scotland by brothers Fraser and Ali Smeaton and friend Gregor Lawson. Originally the creator of the iconic spandex costumes, Morphsuits, it has now expanded it's range to include over costume designs of all types for men, women and children. Covering every fancy dress occasion from Halloween and Christmas to stag dos, sporting events and school specials such as World Book Day. The company holds licenses with, among others, Marvel, Hasbro and WWE and, as part of its wider AFG Media operation, owns iconic golf-wear business Royal and Awesome which is run by Graeme Smeaton. Selling across all major online platforms in the USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Mexico and Australia, in 2022 MorphCostumes recorded a 72% increase in annual turnover to a record £33.1m
