Our team will draft initial design concepts and conceptual floor plans, determine the selection of architectural details, as well as direct purchase and order management of fixtures and finishes. Morris and James is led by Shannon Holbrook alongside Jamie Petten, two sisters with a love for design. Shannon launched her career as a creative and stylist over a decade ago. Shannon's keen eye for current, timeless and beautiful aesthetics mixed with her unparalleled approach to working with high end clientele deliver a seamless project experience to achieve their vision. Before taking the leap into interior design, Jamie spent decades developing internationally recognized businesses in real estate, hospitality, finance and tech. Jamie is a builder. Having managed several development projects and businesses from ground up, Jamie's managed large scale multimillion dollar projects while aligning teams, timelines and budgets align to transform vision to reality.
