My name is Tara Moler, and I started Motherhood Balanced because of what I went through after the birth of my youngest son. I felt I was failing at both being the high performer at work I used to be and also failing at being the mother I so desperately wanted to be. Nothing felt like "mine" anymore - my schedule, my body, even my mind at times. I couldn't seem to fit everything back into my life that needed to get done. I expected Motherhood to be difficult, but this was definitely NOT the fulfilling life I had envisioned. So.I hired a coach to help me through. And it was so transformational, I decided to get certified and use my over decade of coaching experience to help other moms who were in my position. I now help ambitious women be the mother AND career woman they’ve always envisioned without sacrificing their health, sanity, or precious moments with their family.
