Motivare Pte Ltd

MOTIVARE was founded with the desire to partner with organizations to engage their employees and ultimately improve performance and productivity via our Gamification Platform. OUR SOLUTION Our soon to be launched Gamification platform has a well-designed and solid framework based on various well-researched theories. It has the necessary elements that will engage and motivate people to gradually change their behaviours. Behaviours that are in line with a company's objectives. Furthermore, our platform enables employers to recognize their employees and their efforts with rewards such as shopping and dinning perks. We hope to enable our solution to benefit more businesses. In today's age, not only do we value and hear what our clients need and want, hearing what our employees need and want is of the utmost importance as well. We need our employees at their best performance to continuously satisfy and delight our clients. Hence, we emphasize the importance of employers acknowledging their employees whenever possible. Also, we wish to equip employers with the know-how and resources to motivate their employees. We recognize that if employers can capture both the minds and the hearts of their employees, business productivity and performance will no doubt improve by leaps and bounds.
