We are a team of mountaineers and climbers with nearly a decade-long experience of conducting treks in the Himalayas and Western Ghats. Trekking in the outdoors is a great way to explore nature, acclimatise to different climatic conditions, learn about diverse cultures and most of all, survive in the wilderness! And what we realised in our travels to the mountains was that trekking, climbing and fitness are all connected and that functional fitness is integral to all our outdoor activities. That’s how we arrived at MountainFit with a simple vision in mind: to inspire more and more people to explore their love for the outdoors, and get fitter while doing so! At MountainFit our focus is on integrating fitness and climbing and by creating specific exercise routines that will make your mountaineering experiences smooth and fun. Our aim is to build a community of enthusiasts who can incorporate functional fitness exercises into their day-to-day training to prepare them for their outdoor adventures and activities.
