Established in Aug 2015, moveDIPR (deeper) was successfully founded by DI/onna PR/idGeon. moveDIPR emerged from recognizing the need for preparation, communication, accountability, and professionalism in dance education. Beyond dance, it became a platform for Dionna to share knowledge, ideals, and build a supportive 'mD Fam.' Dance was the icing, but the catalyst was offering more than just dance – instilling confidence, setting high expectations, and fostering overall growth in students. Dionna integrated her dance education expertise into a business/brand, through strategic planning, creative direction, production, and team building, in the competitive New York art scene. Pioneered innovative initiatives, conducting four pilot programs across New York and Chicago, resulting in documented success and a valuable service for artists and movement enthusiasts. Established a recognizable brand apparel line, collaborated with an LA artist, expanded to 9 items available for online purchase on the business site and Etsy, fostering both community access and a profitable revenue stream. Additionally, launched a grant-sponsored, community-centered arts training program, securing funding for performances citywide. Proficiently designed branded products to boost revenue, while actively participating in team hiring, education, and mentorship. Effectively planned budgets and program initiatives for sustainable growth.
