Hi! My name is Maria. I'm a Certified Enneagram Teacher with 20+ years of experience working on teams. I have my MBA and BS degrees from the University of Southern California. In learning about the Enneagram and my type (Type 1), I was able to increase my self-awareness and gain more empathy for those around me. Utilizing the framework of the Enneagram increased my communication skills, strengthened my relationships, and allowed me to resolve conflict in a more productive way. Discovering the changes in myself inspired me to obtain my Enneagram Teaching Certification with The Narrative Enneagram*. Today, I help others grow personally and professionally by teaching them about the Enneagram and how they can apply it in their own lives.
