Mtabe is a questions and answers platform for secondary school students in Africa. Students subscribe on a monthly service and receive instant answers from a pool of qualified teachers available to provide answers and support 24/7. We believe that education is more than checking boxes – it is connecting to information, people and conversations that expand our understanding of the world. And understanding the world, helps us understand our place in it. Our goal is to help young people in Africa use education to transform their lives. To do this, we use technology to make their learning easier, quicker and more efficient. Out of 10 people in Africa, only 3 have internet access. We focus on the 7. Mtabe is a startup that uses artificial intelligence and SMS technology to deliver learning content to students who cannot afford textbooks and do not have internet access. We have made it so simple that an average African student does not need to master a new technology or get a new device to start using Mtabe. Our team is composed of educators, developers, entrepreneurs and different experts who work together to ensure Mtabe covers all the aspects of learning that will ensure maximum impact
