Mtu Sense Enterprise

The Strategic Education through Naval Systems Experience Enterprise, better known as the SENSE Enterprise, aims to enable the workforce of tomorrow to push the boundaries of supremacy in the sea, undersea, and cyber domains through practical learning and discovery by designing, building, and testing engineering systems focused on naval research and military-centered applications. Students have opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies in industry, government, and university sponsored projects and research that directly impact the safety and success of maritime based operations. Students also have opportunities to develop the necessary skills to thrive in real world engineering environments. Through these opportunities, students prepare for civilian employment in the maritime and cyber industries, including potential employment with Department of Defense (DoD) research labs or contractors.
